  • I find it hard to believe Cobblestone would let Novus auto glass drag down there business. My insurance 2 times has referred me to Novus for window repair and 2 times I have been burnt. This time (Thursday) they sent out the wrong windsheild so coulldn't do the work. I was told they would call back in less than an hour to reschedule."probably the first of next week to get the work done" they said. Well no call Thursday of Friday. I called Monday and said they wqould call right back with a schedule of when they could do it. Over 3 hours later I drove over to cobblestone to talk. They acted like - you called here... Then the soonest they could do it was maybe Friday. These guys seemed like they just didn't care. They would stop everthing to ask someone if they needed a glass fixed while talking to me aout my car. So I told them to forget it and I took my car to another glass place. needless to say I will never let these guys near my cars again.
