  • If ever there was a restaurant that epitomizes the saying "never judge a book by it's cover" it would be this place. On the outside, Cream and Flutter looks like a whimsical fairytale. It's quaint decor gives it a magical feel and you half expect to see Cinderella munching on an overpriced cookie in the corner. But one bite into a expensively beautiful cupcake is all it takes for you to realize that the entire experience is a lie. The sand in the Sahara desert would have more moisture and flavor than these cupcakes. And while the strawberry frosting is fairly good, it is not enough to save the disaster zone that is this cupcake. In the end, Cream and Flutter is a beautiful lie.
