  • Local investor here, new in the Las Vegas market. Had three conversations with Faya who indicted they would like to work with me in renting out a home on the east side of town. Gave her the address in our first conversation and by the third talk she flat out told me they don't service my area... Kinda misleading and snobby to boot. My impression is if the rental is not 3k or more they are not interested.
