  • I love my car... but these people dont listen to there customers at all, customer service sucks ass. There is no good communcation here. Never calls u back on time, waits until the last moment to tell you anything! ***Dont ever do your taxes with these people, they will just do your Federal for what they need and not your state. You will pay the same amount to file your state, as if you would file your federal and your stay at the same time so wouldn't really make a difference. Trust me I ask if they was going to charge me and the sales person said no and they did. Charged me over $250 in fees just to process my taxes and a check that was just $88.00. I went off, calling everyone.. The sales mans are cool but everyone else is fucking lazy. You would be sitting there all day waiting on paper work. Plus I had to go back 3 times to fix my car.. I told them something was wrong.. on the 3rd time they fix my alignment.. than they didnt tell me anything, just left a paper on the dashboard. Customer service is so shity there that I have to speck to the manager all the time. Customer service is not how you personally feel about the customers it's about business.. I pay money for you to get the job done, Period! Without customer you won't have a paycheck at the end of the day.. I know better now. The finance department is rude... This is the big kicker... they fucked up my paper work, it doesn't take 60 days to process a bank loan. 3 months waiting on my tags for my car...COME ON! SHITY DEAL, RIGHT.. BUT MY FRIEND GAVE ME A GREAT dealership to go to next time... and the Kia dealership in AZ, Peoria is better. Im going to keep you guys updated! On what happens next!
