  • I have been a customer of Anna's for years (don't ask me why). While their work is usually good, they have ruined 3 different items for me. I will never go back! The owner or manager (not sure which) is extremely self righteous and will not stand behind their work. Don't expect any sort of apology or remorse for ruining expensive pieces. There are other options besides Anna's. Be careful!!
