By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any hotel. Our flight was cancelled, so we had to drive 5 hours to Pittsburgh. We called ahead of time to tell the hotel we would be arriving late to our PREPAID ROOMS. They told us it was no problem at all. We arrived and the lady at the concierge desk was nasty and rude and told us that our rooms were cancelled. She then said she had nowhere to put us with an attitude. After persistently asking management (who hid in a closet and refused to come out and speak to us), they put us at their other location and said "don't worry you won't have to pay for it! WELL DUHHHHHH, considering it was already prepaid. Good NIGHT.
