| - What an amazing store, staff, and experience!!
I had been thinking about getting a puppy for a while but wasn't sure if the timing was right for me or not, so I decided to just "look" and see what puppies were available. Like always, these pet stores that offer adoptions have me wanting to take all of the puppies home as I just love animals.
As I entered a very popular store, I was amazed by all the cute puppies and the variety that this store offered. I was immediately greeted by a staff member asking if I needed any help and I just told her I was there to just look. She let me know that if I had any questions or wanted to visit with a puppy, that she would be more than happy to help me out. After looking at all the puppies, my eyes fell upon a super cute Golden Retriever puppy who just stole my heart on the spot. I ask the lady if I could play with the puppy and she took me to a visiting room where she brought this amazing puppy. We played around in the room for a while and she came back and asked if I had any questions or wanted any information on him. I did have some questions and she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer everything I needed to know. I decided I couldn't live without this puppy and so decided to adopt him.
The process from beginning to taking him home was very easy and fairly quick. I left my puppy with them overnight so I could go home and prepare for him as I wasn't expecting to be adopting a puppy at this time. When I came to pick him up the next day, they had him bathed and ready to go home. They also gave me a free collar and leash along with a few treats for him for free. Before leaving the lady went over all the paperwork with me, from his health records, adoption papers, papers that I'd need to fill out later, went over his health insurance, and gave me some freebie coupons to use at a later date.
Even though my puppy had a rough start with his health in the beginning before being adopted, he is in perfect health now! He's so sweet and loving and I couldn't ask for a better puppy! Thank you Puppies N Love for providing such an amazing experience for me!! Will definitely be back if or when I decide I want another puppy.
