  • This estiblishment is staffed by incompetent dumb people. I tried to cash a check from Fidelity and they apparently have never heard of such a place. Sarah claims they have never cashed a check from them before. I very politely explained this is a FDIC insured financial institution? I have had several 401k's with over the past 10 plus years, plus this is a FDIC insured financial instution which advertises Nationwide and it is impossible to have "never heard of them" before. She and her manager who is just as unhelpful and who accused me of recording them on my phone when I was not. Even if I was, so what. Thi s place is horrible and the staff is at best uneducated. Do not use them, go to MoneyTree half a mile down Flamingo. No problems there and the fee is much less. Very happy with them.
