  • If I can give them no stars, I would. Horrible customer service. I've been trying to book since last November with a crappy online system, no one answers the phone and no call-backs. A couple of weeks ago, they emailed me with news that their online booking system has been improved and to try again. This time my booking was confirmed and a therapist was "called". No one showed up for the scheduled appointment, no phone calls, no contact information - nothing! I tried calling customer service but of course, they close at 6 - time of my appointment. Complete waste of time. I have demanded a refund. The business model totally fails. Mobile spa elite continue to pump out these $29 massage deals on group purchase sites but they obviously do not have the resources to support their offers. Their massage therapists are all freelancers so the only value that this company brings is in their booking and customer service. So when they suck at the only job they have...how does this company expect to sustain itself? Save yourself the time and energy to fight for a refund...avoid this company.
