Pure decadence! I've been to plenty of places I'd consider to be upscale, but I've never had five servers waiting on my every whim. There was a server for bread service, two for delivering entrees, and someone entirely separate took our order. The cocktails my date and I ordered were top-notch. Splurge and order the barrel-aged Manhattan; they take already delicious Maker's Mark and age it even further in oak barrels. The presentation on the entrees was gorgeous; my carrots and brussels must have been meticulously placed in an artful arrangement on the plate. The food itself was incredibly tasty, though I felt my pork was maybe sliiightly overcooked for my taste. My date's steak tenderloin, however, was probably the best I've ever had. I felt everything was well priced for the level of service and quality of ingredients. If I'm ever in Pittsburgh, this will be a repeat stop because I'm afraid I won't get such a great experience anywhere else.
