  • The same day I posted the above, I got a call from Allstate. The lady told me that my drawers were in and that they would schedule a re-installation if, and only if, I took down the bad review and signed an agreement not to post another bad one. I asked her if I understood correctly that the drawers and installation, which were rightfully mine by warranty, would only be done if I agreed to the foregoing terms. She said yes that was what her boss told her. So I asked to speak to the boss, but he never returned my call. Next stop, Electrolux.
