  • Let me just begin with... These guys rock! Honest folks with great customer service. This is my second time using their computer service. About a couple months ago, I could not get into windows on my 4 yr old HP laptop. I was locked out!! Took my HP laptop to Computer Repair and they found a virus. Ugh!!! The guys fixed my baby and I was thrilled. Adam recommended and had install Malwarebytes which helped keep my laptop clean. Then last week I saw the black screen of death on my laptop. Feeling completely helpless I ran my laptop to the Computer Repair guys again. At the shop I spoke with Taft and Adam, they told me their outlook on my laptop was poor. So, I asked recommendations for a new laptop, Taft was helpful, and did a little research on my own. When I got the call the motherboard was history, I had already found a new laptop at Best Buy. Got a great deal for an open box Asus, Woohoo! I took my new laptop to Computer Repair and they transferred my data onto it. The diagnostic was free and was only charged $59 for the data transfer. I would totally recommend these guys. Expect down time (reasonable time) bc they are thorough. Their place is a bit out of the way and not very pretty outside but make it up inside by being honest, helpful, and professional in getting your computer working again, if possible of course.
