  • Whoa, Marcus, you've got some issues to work out at this new theater. What the heck is up with all of the ticket kiosks?! Great concept, but these machines are slowwww. The cashier line at the old Eastgate location was quicker than these kiosks, which is annoying. More cashiers, less machines, please. The congestion in that lobby area on Sunday was insane. Also annoying, the seats are numbered incorrectly in one of the Ultrascreen theaters. One seat, two numbers? Yep, get that fixed. Also, the audio in the Ultrascreen theater seemed a little off, too quiet Even though this new Sun Prairie theater is a quicker drive for me, I definitely prefer Point Cinema. It also sucks that people in Madison can no longer take a bus to a theater on the east side. I wonder if Madison Metro will expand to Sun Prairie, given that business is booming out there. Overall, it seems to be a nice new theater. Appears they may have rushed things a bit to open on April 30, though.
