  • All 5 of these stars go to Jerry in the copy/printing department. He has helped me with hundreds of copies minutes before closing time. He saved me when I was down to the wire on a big project I needed for an event the next morning. He is always happy to help and gives a personal call when it's complete. I just email him over what needs to be done and he makes it easy. Not gonna lie, copying places are a pain in the rear and I have had my share of bad experience after bad experience with about 5 other places I can think of off the top of my head. But after my Mom told me how amazing Jerry was at the Charleston location and experiencing it for myself, I couldn't help but write a raving review. He has helped my mom with countless projects. His excellent customer service, the way he cares, and how he makes sure to get the job done right are all why he deserves a pat on the back and why this store deserves 5 stars. Can I get an amen? An office max is only as good as its printing department, and this ones got the best one in town because of Jerry. What can I say except "You're Welcome" ?! ... for letting you in on the secret to the best copy place in vegas.
