rev:text	This was my second time visiting Sophia's and having Anna as my technician. she's very nice and doesn't wonderful foot massage but I left this time feeling stressed and not relaxed. The first thing was that another customer came in with two young children and proceeded to listen to music and her headphones while her children ran all over the place including interrupting my pedicure over and over again. As the owner of the shop I feel that Anna or her husband should have asked the customer to have her children not run all the shop and not to disturb other customers getting a pedicure. My real concern is that I asked for the signature pedicure which is $48 and includes special sugar scrub and additional massages with lotions. I was charged the $48 but Anna never used the special sugar scrub nor the additional massage lotions and the sugar scrub I did receive was not complete and was so short but I never even enjoyed it. I believe this happened because Anna was so flustered by this other woman's child.... but ultimately I should not have had to pay that amount of money for services but I did not receive. Needless to say I just lost the shop closest to my home...... and I am left frustrated with parents who simply do not parent their children and believe their children have the right to disturb everything and everyone around them without any monitoring. Ultimately by not speaking up to a customer with bad parenting manners I believe the shop lost not only myself but perhaps other customers that were in there today.... I gave The score to reflect poor management and charging for services not rendered..... and that is a shame because she is wonderful pedicures.....
