  • I needed a quote for waterproofing and wall repair for my garage, and this company cancelled three separate appointment, after I received the call on the day of the 3rd attempt to get a quote, I just told them that I would go in a different direction, and not proceed. I feel that if you are short staffed or another problem, just be honest with potential customers and not their time. This company has internal scheduling issues that they need to address.
