  • I came in to treat myself to a gel manicure. I had my teenage daughter with me during my visit we heard another tech speaking to two other clients about getting wasted and frequenting a strip club in descriptive details. The tech working on my manicure was unsure on how to do the gel manicure and kept walking away for instructions. I never did get my hand massage as I requested a different scent. She must not have understood me and skipped it. When she finished I had some concerns the nail color was all over my cuticle and some places where not even coated I could see my nail bed color in some places. I expressed my concerns and was dismissed I was told my nails where too short and nothing could be done. Funny because the tech recommended trimming them and recommended getting a full color instead of a French manicure as I had originally requested. I paid for the service and went to leave I turned around and went back in. I requested to speak to the manager and it was the tech that was conversing about the strip club and the same one who dismissed me to another tech about my complaint. I was given a gift certificate to return tomorrow to have them fixed but now it will be an extra hour of my time to get it fixed. I am certain the certificate was just to make me go away. No thanks total waste of my money and time. Save yourself frustration and go somewhere else. I hate to give even one star to this place but you have too in order leave a review.
