Took my car here the other day to get my oil changed. I was told i could get one done as long as I dropped my car off (which was fine because I work within walking distance). First off, the guy helping me commented on the fact that I have a huge dent on my car saying "wow looks like you hit a wall". I didn't take much offense to it, even though the dent wasn't my fault. I just think it's rude to comment on damage on customers cars. So I give him my keys, come back 4 hours later and as I'm walking up I notice my windows are all the way down. Who knows how long my car was sitting in the parking lot with the windows down. Luckily, nothing was taken out of it but still. I told the guy that my windows were left down and he replied with "oh I know who did it, he's a good guy so don't give him too hard of a time!". I don't care how good of a guy someone is, you don't leave windows down in a customers car. What if I had expensive stuff in there? I also noticed that no one reset the oil life on my car, so I had to do it myself. And there wasn't even a sticker put on my windshield to tell me at what mileage I should get my next oil change. Regardless of the convenience of being right next to my work place, I'll never take my car back here. Spent 40 dollars on an oil change for my car to not even be taken care of.
