  • I went in for a triple forward helix ear piercing. This shop looked clean which is the only reason it got 1 stars. All the needles and instrument was in a sterile peel pack opened in front of me. Only reason it got star that I have a better chance of not getting an infection. If I had any impression it was dirty I would have called the health department. I was so nervous to get this piercing that I didn't notice what I was getting. I think there is only one guy that pierces there and I didn't catch his name. I don't even think he told me. My issue with this guy, he didn't have a selection of earrings only gave me a choice of hoop or stud. Didn't show me the earrings prior. Which is because he didn't have the right one for this piercing. And I didn't notice til it was in my ear. He didn't really prep me for the process. Just said the first hurts but the next two is going to hurt more. After it was said and done, I told him the spacing is off he goes no that's because the earrings are to long for this piercing. So wait you put the wrong ones in? I wasn't happy at all. It looks aweful and I have a few piercing and this is the worst experience I've had. I wouldn't suggest getting pierced here. I didn't see any certification on the walls, at least weren't visible at the time. He didn't seem to care I wasn't happy at all. And for someone who runs on customer service that was a pretty shitty experience. Don't go here for piercing for a local spot its not worth the service. Wish I knew I would have paid the extra 20 on the correct jewelry and someone who actually cared about his work.
