  • I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN - OWNER IS RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE - I received a Christmas gift for my daughter that I had to exchange as the outfit did not fit her properly. I was 14 days late in exchanging it as I was out of the country. Regardless there should be exceptions on Christmas Gifts. However after explaining my situation and going into the store with tags and receipts I was told I could only exchange the item for the same thing in a different size. They would not exchange for the same value on another item in their store. They made me feel like a criminal (God forbid I was trying to get an outfit my daughter could actually wear). When I threatened not to shop there again the owner herself was very rude and told me she did not care for my business. I told her that she cannot treat customers this way and she has lost my business permanently. Her store policy of only allowing me to exchange the outfit for the same outfit in a different size is absurd especially when your spending ALOT of money on clothing. The outfit would not be outdated in 14 days and was in re-sellable condition. I know for a fact she makes exceptions for customers that she sees on a frequent basis I have witnessed it myself ( a close friend of mine). The little shopper means nothing to her and she couldn't care less. In the end as I was leaving the store upset and furious, the snarky sales associate tells me to "have a nice day". Knowing obviously they ruined my day by practically stealing $300 from my hard working friend, this brought the horrible experience to another level. Sarcastic and rude people do not deserve for consumers to step into this store and spend money. I hope this is an eye opener and you too will shop at stores with respect and consideration for your hard earned money.
