I am completed disgusted by this store. I spent $695.00 dollars for a new washer which was delivered and installed. I then decided that I would like to have the pedestal and called to purchase over the phone. Keep in mind that I was calling from the number they had on file and using the same credit card but they would not accommodate me unless I came into the store. I let them know that my foot was broken and I am scheduled for surgery this week but they still would not help me.
My invoice for the washer clearly stated that the return policy was attached to my receipt which it was not. I asked Zack what the return policy was and he stated that there was a 15% restocking fee for merchandise return. If I had known that I would never have done business with them.
After speaking with Zack the Assistant Manager, I still received no assistance. I let him know that I would inform friends, coworkers and family not to shop at the store and he stated that I should not do that because it is their policy. Not my problem. I will never shop at this store again!!! Horrible customer service and dishonest disclosure of company policy!!!
