  • Very disappointed in their retail stores. They tend not to know their products well and they want an outrageous price for a new sim card. Sad that now they are getting worse since becoming number three. After twelve years and no sim cards changed, they charged me almost thirty dollars for my new one to fit my new phone... And they did not even offer new the free customer service option that I discovered later. Not recommended to new customers. Go to Sprint instead.
