How do I give them negative stars? This the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I tried to pick up my prescription THREE times! Each time learning a different piece of information on why it couldn't be filled. All information could have either been disclosed to me upon drop off/ 1st pick up attempt or even over the phone. First, they couldn't fill the prescription because they didn't know if I was pregnant, second, they were having issues with my insurance company, Lastly, I was told my insurance needed to updated. They never once called me to discuss these issues but instead waited until I came in to pick up, consequently wasting my time. After the second failed pick up attempt, I requested a phone call to verify that my medication was ready. Did I ever receive a phone call? Of course not! I had to call them! In the end, I had to pay full price for my prescription because they could not retrieve the proper override codes from my insurance company. I was frustrated, fed up and had to say fuck it. I paid $30 for a what would have been a $7 prescription.
