  • Service here is very poor. I was reluctant to go to any America's Best because I had had a bad experience at another store years ago. But I went because they carried Polychromic X glass lenses. I called ahead of time and asked if I could bring my own frames, and I was told that they would have to take a look at them and then decide. I brought 2 frames. Of course, neither was acceptable. When I inquired, I was told "Our technicians are rough on frames." Yet, I venture to say that they had several similar frames for sale. How come the technicians could work on those and not on mine? They just wanted to sell me their frames.
