rev:text	WARNING: Stay Far Away From Precision Door! This is one of the worst SCAMS in the entire valley that will cost you thousands. Please read this FIRST! Never have I been attempted to be scammed as hard as when the precision door tech came out for a garage door that was not operating properly. As a naive home owner I did not check the yelp reviews prior to calling them. I hope this finds someone before they fall in the same predicament I was in. Within a quick diagnosis I was told that I needed a new set of springs and drums, for a tune of $2000. Quickly through the tech talking to the 'manager' (fake call?), the price dropped to $1000. That still seemed absurd to me - so I told them I would call around. After that the tech started pressing me on how much I wanted to pay to get it done, which raised more red flags and I told them I do not want their service right now. Through some friends I came on Lodi doors, where a technician came out, promptly adjusted a few knobs on my garage box and the door was back to being perfect. He told me all my equipment was in top shape and did not need a thing. All to the tune of $60 for the tech visit. Never have I been so blatantly lied to and taken advantage of as a home owner. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this company and their SHADY tactics selling you parts and labor you do not NEED at absurd prices. If you need more proof, they have been exposed on NBC DATELINE for running shady tactics. You can google that and see for yourself. STAY AWAY!!!!
