This place went through so many changes and all for the worst. Their food is great but is gradually served smaller and thinner- but thicker layer of rice. It is a huge disadvantage with "All you can eat". There is no effort to serve a nice sushi roll as suppose to be and was before. The service is slow and not even close to being the nice service as before. Except for one who has been there from the beginning almost, the entire staff of servers are unacknowledged with what's inside a roll and even worst- they roll their eyes at you if you want to change anything - even A La Carte dishes!
Last time I was there, it took them 25 minutes for our 4 rolls - 2 of them were salmon hand rolls- very simple. And the place wasn't even busy yet. Luckily we ordered edamame and seaweed salad so we were ok for 25 minutes. But then- we wanted another round of those four rolls and it took over 40 minutes!! We kept asking what is going and they said there is a party of 10 people and the sushi chefs are working on their order. WE WERE THERE FIRST! And only ordered 4 rolls. We got angry and when we wanted the manager they sent us the guy who clears tables Who told us we will pay All you can eat as we started. Even thou we were really hungry still! I told him it is really unfair because we were sitting there for an hour and a half with only four rolls! So he said pay a la carte - so I had to pay the price of a full dish for an all you eat size!!
I paid and left. Very Offended and never going back. Needless to say I have been a regular for 6 years so I am very disappointed.
