  • Greg the internet salesman at Findlay Fiat Valley Automall in Henderson was a very nice guy. He was very professional and detail oriented. I came in on a promo to turn a key to win a car and other prizes were a min $50 gift card. Everyone was to rcvd this just for a test drive. I thought why not? I love the car I currently have but was open to something slightly newer with lower miles. I found a car that fit my criteria and budget on their website. I made the call to come in and had my pay off print out in hand. Unfortunately, the car online did not exist and was a bait n switch. They spent the entire time trying to upsell and market me on a new car that I did not come in for to see. The car was priced 3,000 over blue book which they kept assuring me was a great deal. Then the high pressure guy came in. That just put me off and I left. Also no $50 gift card was given for doing the test drive. So I really feel this location and promo was a huge scam.
