Ordered online. Drove all the way there and got stuck in a drive through line of 8 cars. 2nd drive through lane closed for no good reason. Only at the speaker did they tell me they are out of the item I ordered. Why did they not call me as soon as possible?
They were too busy with the drive through! And no passing lane so I wasted 30 minutes! I expect the McDonalds system to be over 99.5% reliable for every type of customer and order, but in my experience late night, I have found it be be merely 90%, really bad!
I expect a passing lane in every drive through so that we do not get stuck in it when they have a defect. I also expect them to notify me ASAP if my order is not available.
