  • So I moved into this apartment on 12/15 and it was for a 6 months lease while I look for a house here in Phoenix. Staff was friendly and the move out was fast, dropped off my key, handshake and done. I moved out on time on 6/15 and 7 days later, I received a collection letter from IQ Data International. Note to management company, check my record, I was never late on any of my payments. Per this letter, they are following up on the move-out report sent to me after I vacated the apartment. I have emailed the apartment asking for proof of this because a move out report was never sent nor communicated to me. I am in shock how the back office is running this show? In issuing a collection letter 7 days after my move out date?? By the way, I have requested someone to call me to discuss this both in writing and by phone. Current tenants and future prospective tenants beware. Management team feel free to contact me in discussing this matter.
