  • Rude, impolite and unfriendly front office staff. The swim instructor was no different, never once smiled at my 2 year old or the other parent and child in the class. I was very disappointed and checked their yelp reviews and after reading the complaints, I have decided to keep looking for a swim school where common human decency is observed. HORRIBLE, COLD AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. NOT GOING BACK THERE!
