  • Pilot Coffee Roasters' coffee stand inside Union Station's Great Hall probably one of the best addition or one of the best changes that happened at Union Station. I always like Pilot Coffee and this location though small but coffee is well made and with nice latte art. I was lucky there was no line up at all when I was there and services was friendly. Just happy to have one of our local indie coffeeshop/roastery that able to open up in one of the busiest travel hub in Toronto. Not another Starbucks or Tim Horton's! Now maybe we should have one at YYZ?
