  • If I could give zero stars then I would! This dealership is the worst. Not only will you get spammed with calls when you inquire about an Internet price but you won't get a call when you need one. You'll be lied to, undercut, and disappointed. I went there 3 times...yes, I'm a massichist. The first time was a joke and not one person asked to help me. The second time the sales rep told me that in our "deal" there were $7000 worth of "accessory" charges. This included the air in the tires. Yes....air!! So he got me a deal only to screw me with $7000 worth of accessories. None of which were on the invoice itemized. The last time we went, we finally got someone great to deal with. The sales manager. Unfortunately he decided to retire right when we saw a 0% for Tahoes and we never got called as promised. When I called for him and was told he retired they transferred me to fleet. The girl told me the 0% would last thru the weekend. Being my husband was not available to look and I have to get the kids from daycare immediately after work, the weekend was my only saving grace. Well the 0% didn't last through the weekend but only lasted 3 days and I missed it!! I called her on her cell phone as she requested and she never called me back. Surprise!! So now I'm waiting...again... For a 0%. I have great credit and I make great money yet I can't seem to get a dealership to have integrity and good customer service so I can buy a suv. The cherry on top of the cake is... My husband has serious health issues and trying to get to the dealership to look for car after work or on the weekends when I'm also chasing after 2 babies is nearly impossible. All I wanted was a little help. Completely disappointed!! Stay away from Chapman Chevy!!
