Don't let the 2.5 star rating fool you!
Going to the gym 6 days a week along with working in the service industry can definitely take a toll on your body. I had just come off a double (close shift then open) and my body was very sore and it's been months since my last massage.
There were two other places close to my gym (eos on eastern and serene) that 1, was closed with a cease and desist, and 2 the other was closed for renovations. I was heart broken until I expanded my search area on Yelp and finally found health reflexology. I called ahead and asked if it was appointment only. A man answered and said they prefer appointment only but they had no customers so they told me to come in.
I get there and it's dim, there's relaxing music playing and a small woman approached and asked how long I needed the massage for. I opted for 1 hour. ($30)
SO FAR, BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD.
Tho she was small she knew what she was doing and the pressure she used to massage with was perfect for me. I must've fallen asleep several times due to how relaxing it was in there. They massage your entire body (except private areas of course) and finish with hot stones.
I've been to other full body massage places and they all prefer to keep your clothes on and give you a dry massage. Here, I only removed my shirt, and once she put the oils on my back, I was in heaven. Lol. I'll definitely be coming back, and when I go back, I'll ask for ROSE. :)
