WORST. CUSTOMER.SERVICE.EVER. I had purchased some glass tile for a kitchen project. When it was complete I had half a box of unused tile to return. I went to the store, within 24 hours of the original purchase, with my receipt but was denied my return. Supposedly I have been 'flagged' by a 3rd party as having 'excessive' returns. I rarely make any returns and when I do I have my receipt. I asked to speak to a 'manager' who said it was 'out of their hands' and would not help. I have never experienced anything like this. How can you refuse a return within the proper time frame and with the receipt?!!? ABSURD!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HOME DEPOT AGAIN - THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER.
