  • I have been a regular to Ultrasmooth and Lisa for over 5 years now. I have tied several of the treatment options, botox, dysport, juvederm, fraxel, etc.. Lisa the owner of Ultra Smooth is a nurse practitioner and because of her training I feel safe under her care. She has a ton of experience in this field, more so than most doctors who got into the "med spa" business. Lisa and UltraSmooth offer regular discounts which makes them ultra competitive and more affordable than most other med spas in the area from comparison shopping I've done - one of the several reasons I keep going back. Lisa also keeps her eye on new developments in the industry and ensures she had the most up to date equipment on the market. It seems every year she has made an investment in upgraded or new treatment technology e.g. Fraxel, new lazers etc.. Lastly, I have only experienced Lisa to be professional and beyond friendly and sweet. I will say she appears to have a thriving practice and therefore there are always customers waiting so she is mindful of not keeping people waiting. I don't understand the negative review of "wham bam thank you mam" Frankly, I like that I can get in there and out quickly and that's how it should be for many of the treatments. Also, given the discounting which is significant, Ultrasmooth does need to see a higher volume of customers to ensure a viable business so I don''t knock them for that because it's a win/win for them and their customers. I fully endorse Lisa and team and highly recommend their services. A very happy customer/patient.
