  • First I walk in and my friend is running behind me like 5 mins. No one really greeted me or asked if I had been there before. So, I asked for a mat and towel and they said it was 5$ and replied with," I thought the first time and rental was free" She says no. Then she says big towel or small. I said both, and she goes well that's extra... then she asked if I was doing a 5$ drop in. So I told her again that it was my first time and she goes "okay?" And I'm like isn't your first time free and she goes no not at this location. And I'm like well my friend has the one time free pass. So they get me into the room. They don't give me any instruction just say go into the room. So I have no weights, no anything. Which I was 2 mins late into the class(which is my fault being late is not excusable) but I didn't know where to get anything and wasn't given any instruction. So I take the class (hot Pilates). The class was great. It was challenging, a great workout and the instructor was great. I didn't get her name because again I was a few mins late but if I could individually give her 5 stars I would. They held my wallet at the front with my phone, keys and debit card for "collateral" so I bring the mat and towel back to the front to return it for my belongings. And she says "oh that goes in the bin" and I was like "well I rented it and you guys are holding my stuff" (explaining that it was my first time and I rented it and needed my things back because this was a different girl now). and she goes "well I don't want that it's used" so I'm like... ok. No one told me anything different or gave me any instruction. Not only did both of the people at the front desk make me feel like I was dumb, but like I didn't deserve to be there because I wasn't good enough or as good as them or something. There were also other people standing around which obviously made me uncomfortable to be talked to that way. The WORST customer service I've ever received and the worst front desk service I've received as well. No one smiled. No one helped out with anything regarding my first time visiting a trufusion location at all, besides showing me where the locker room was and where the room was. Will never come back to this location.
