  • If I could give zero stars, I would. I had this company come out and assess a leak in my pool. The leak had been so bad that the water level sunk about a foot and well below the skimmer, so the equipment was turned off. The guy came out and told me that he couldn't check the equipment because the water level was below the skimmer, and acted like it was an absolute impossibility to check anything else with my pool that could attribute to a leak that bad. I was given no options, he acted like I was a bother to him and he talked to me like I was an idiot. If you need pool service or repair, especially if you go through your warranty company, keep looking.
