  • My husband bought a groupon for me. I left them 6 messages over 2 months that weren't returned. The 7th call a man answered and said their phone had been "lost" He scheduled me at 2:00 Sunday. He said he'd send a confirmation and payment request for the upgrades I requested. I didn't receive that until Friday at 9:30 pm. Whatevs. Also from a different 704 phone number than the Groupon 828 I booked through and the 704 person said they were Heather. At 2:30 Sunday no one has come so I sent a text and was told they were waiting for the weather to clear (it was a little cloudy but no rain anywhere at any time in the state of NC). I asked for an eta. No response. After me texting her again at 5 I was told they were finishing a car and would text when they were on the way. At 6:30 still nothing and I sent another text. At 7:20 pm she said she wasn't coming because the customer before me had a scratch. No kidding. Wasted my whole Sunday afternoon and I emptied my entire car for nothing. Pfft.
