I liked this store until one day, a manager named Jayson decided to open up a line and did our checkout. There seemed to be a problem with the number of baggers or cashiers and he was remarking loudly and sarcastically to those under him about it. He ran our groceries through thoughtlessly smashing a loaf of bread (never offering to replace it) and showing us that the bag of bagels were ripped wide open and simply stuck it in our bag after wiping the bagels across the checkout belt! I said we did NOT want those bagels and he got a little huffy as he refunded our money and kept calling us "Folks". His attitude was too much especially for someone who is supposedly in management. I will say this to Jayson, "It takes only seconds to lose a customer's loyalty, but years to win it back." IF I ever go back to this particular Smith's, I will NEVER go in a line run by Jayson.
