  • This is a copy and paste of the review posted on apartmentratings. The staff is pathetic. They lack a basic sense of empathy and talking. My heat is down for some reason and instead of cooperating and helping us, they had an attitude screaming at call saying you are bothering me by calling twice. Instead, my husband called 48 mins to be specific about the issue and after getting no further response I called with the intention of checking. But the lady was very rude she told you could leave if you want to head out our staff would fix it in your absence. I am not aware of this policy people visiting your house in your absence. Personally, to me, it feels awkward staff coming to your house in your absence. Finally, she took my no. and am still waiting for their response. I feel disgusted after talking to her. I am not into shouting and banging phones!
