  • Bad, bad experience. Was looking for a large ladle. Found this store. Went in and Brett told us they would have the size we needed the next day, which was Friday. Went back Monday and was told it would be in tomorrow. That should have been clue one! Anyway, I paid for the ladle and shipping, which was on December 19th and Brett promised to ship it to me. I told him I wanted it by December 31st and he advised me that would be no problem. I called a week later on a Monday and Brett said it was on his desk and he would ship it out that day. Called again that Friday and was told they had shipped it Thursday. All lies. I still have not received the ladle and it is January 8th. As far as I'm concerned, they are dishonest and stole my money. Lesson learned, don't order from Henderson restaurant supply.
