rev:text	From a stand point of a guard they do not do hands on training or any training. The company always seems to take on more then they can handle. If there are not events you don't work they offer low pay so put it all together low pay bad training no benefits. There is no reason to go above and beyond for what nothing in return as they say money talks bull walks. I have to say there are some events that are fun to do just to them like ASU football.
