  • Less than impressed, would not use them again. Also, not a very good value and they switch and bait pricing. Bought the Groupon since we just needed a few small areas touched up. They showed up with a trailer which seemed cheesy, in addition to the $37(1/2 off $75) deal they added an automatic $20 which I assumed incorrectly was in the fine print(found later that it was not) and $70 for stain resistance. Their equipment broke and it took them over an hour to fix it,( an hour to figure out it was a clogged nozzle?) all while the front door was wide open on a 90 degree day, wanted to tell them to leave but at this point they had already sprayed stain remover etc. so just prayed we would get through it. Cleaning turned out ok but wetter and "rougher" than any other professional cleaning have had done. They also tracked through the house about 50 times and had filthy hands, left puddles of water so cleaning was offset Guthrie messes. Next time prefer to pay full price and get it professionally done for the same $ at the end of the day.
