  • It is worth an extra trip to Arcadia, Mesa, or Scottsdale just to avoid this place. I've been coming here for five years and am the idiot for not switching sooner. Rude staff, poor service and follow through. After pledging to communicate via phone whether they could mend two pairs of pants no call was ever received. The same gentleman who had said a call would be made then denied ever saying he would call. He then berated me for arriving to pick up my dry cleaning at 6:55 (prior to store closing at 7) and refused to listen when I tried to explain the lack of communication.
