  • A friend suggested Binion's Steakhouse but they close during the holidays for a "Deep Cleaning" Hmmmmm, don't they clean as they go? Anyway I did a search and found Hugo's was highly rated so I booked a reservation for four at 5:00PM. My wife and I met my sister in-law and her boyfriend there, whom had traveled from California. What an amazing experience we had! From the greeting, the women get roses btw...to the seating and our approach by the first server, Michael. Every part of the process was spot on. I love that the water is poured from a chilled carafe w/o ice rather than a pitcher with ice. First, Michael took our drink order and came back with very well presented martini's. He poured them for us and left the remaining "Two extra servings" over ice for us. Basically, for the price of one martini you get three!! Carlos took our main order and I went with his suggested 16 oz New York cut with wild rice. Michael then began to make our salads, table-side. A great mix of greens with all the fixings of your choice, I went with the house orange vinaigrette, Amazing!!! These salads are nor small but rather large. Meal timing was perfect. Shortly after we finished our salads and made time for another round of martini's, the main course arrived. We were all amazed how the steaks turned out EXACTLY like we requested! Fresh sauteed vegetables with the sides were just fantastic! Normally, I push aside at least a few pieces of the less desirable pieces of say gristle/fat, but not here. Every single piece was perfection! Included in the meal were chocolate dipped strawberries, figs, and apricots I think. We did, however, order a rather large creme brulee, to split four ways. Access to the steak house is very easy. You park in the Four Queens parking structure and its a very short walk to the casino entrance and Bingo, you're there! I can't wait to return on my oldest son's Bday which is in January and will allow him and my youngest to enjoy their deliciousness. You will walk out of the place extremely satisfied and will be wanting to return ASAP. I hope this helps in your decision making in giving them a try. Peace out!
