  • Awful!!! This place is SO INCREDIBLY BUSY- Do not expect to get quality health care from here. They operate like a factory- pushing patients in and out without taking the time to provide quality time and assistance towards patients (like me) who need it. In my opinion, this office operates like a business- neglecting the necessary efforts to ensure patients are satisfied. Their front desk staff is continually bombarded- you can never get a hold of anyone on the phone lines- to the point you might as well drive to the front and wait in the long/never ending line to get help from their frantic front desk. Every time I have complained to their administration about how poorly they are run- my comments are often overlooked. If it wasn't for Dr. Webb's exceptional knowledge- I would have left this practice a while ago. Truthfully, I still contemplate it- not being able to communicate properly with your healthcare provider is completely and utterly inappropriate.
