  • This service is awesome! They bundle cleaning and landscaping in one for a very affordable price. The basic service includes 2 hours of cleaning with two maids. This means they're going to do a pretty decent job but they're not going to spend hours deep cleaning. If you want a deep clean, it costs a little extra but I have never used them for this. I've been using their services for about 3-4 year and have been pretty happy overall. It helps keep my house and yard in basic order with 4 people in the household for less than $30/month per person with a tip. We have had some issues with the landscaping service. There have been times that they don't show up and there is sometime inconsistent information. One landscaper said that they only do front or back while most do both. That being said, again, it's basic service for a low cost so I've hired other landscapers when more involved work is required. Any times I've had issues, they have always made things right. I also use them for move-out/move-in cleaning at my rental property. I haven't had any issues there. As for scheduling, I have them come every two weeks and they always call the day ahead and meet my requested time slot. The maids are punctual but I now request a 30 minute call ahead for the landscapers. Would definitely recommend giving them a try if they're in your area and you just need a little help for basic cleaning maintenance... it's not going to be an all day cleaning fest. :)
