  • This will be the 3rd time they are coming to repair the same problem. First American Home Warranty is no better. They contract out with L&S and seem to ignore the multiple 1 star reviews. This is a rental property therefore I am having to put tenants in a hotel due to them not being able to come out until the next day even though they have failed to repair the issue at the home. I'm now on hold for over 15 minutes with First American to try to get another contractor to the house. I would not recommend L&S or First American Home Warranty to anyone.
