  • Worst new car sales experience ever. The place has a real attitude towards customers. The salesman did not listen to anything I had to say, steered me to a used lexus. After I told him what I wanted (a new vehicle) he said I needed to pay an additional $750 to transport the car I wanted to Arizona. The idiot behind the managers desk was no better, only told me what they could not do, would not even look up a trade in value for my car. Left in disgust and bought what I wanted from Arrowhead Lexus.
