  • The only reason for 4 stars instead of 3 is that the rooms are very nice. Lots of room and always well-kept. We have stayed here many times over the years and it is our go to property in Vegas- quiet, away from strip, nice grounds and spacious rooms. However, we have noticed the quality of service diminish over the last few years, and tonight it has taken a significant downturn. Slow valet (in fact, no valet for a while at the 2nd tower), slow check-in (never had that in the past)and, though the the room is very nice, it's short on pillows. Those are all little items, but they add up to a less that stellar experience at a property that has been outstanding in the past.
